[VT100] Major update: added VT131 (all roms marked bad pending rom redumps) [PJustice] Documented many (but not all, yet) of the VT100 based systems DEC released; Added drivers for systems which shared the vt100 roms (vt103, vt105, vt125) Added drivers for the vt100 word processor and stb board variants (roms needed!) Added optional load of the alternate character set rom for foreign vt100 systems (rom needed!) Added a lot of documentation about the mask roms and the missing AVO character set roms Marked the current character set rom as bad; it probably is actually good but since it was generated from the service manual diagrams and not actually dumped off a chip, we should get a proper dump eventually.
