Fixed extrainfo issue in all the other drivers which use it. I guess both NES and INTV might have had problems loading certain games in 0.139 due to this.

[SMS] WIP:
- Improved mapper detection by using a routine from MEKA (thanks to Omar Cornut). This makes Jang Pung 3 playable.
- Added support for the Korean Zemina mapper (MSX based), making playable Street Master, Wonsiin and the recently dumped Penguin Adventure
- Improved 8KB ROM Bankswitch (needed by Zemina games)
- Fixed a problem with extrainfo which broke games using Korean and Codemaster mappers outside software lists
